1. Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with the final product refunds can be negotiated. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request the return of the print before a refund can be issued

2. Copyright
The customer is absolutely liable for any resulting violation of copyright action taken by any third party. You must have the right or permission to reproduce any image you send to Imagecity.

3. Delivery and Despatch
We will do our best to ensure that orders are completed within the time quoted. We will not accept any liability for late delivery of orders by postal service’s or accept any liability of loss or damage incurred during delivery. All goods are sent at the customer’s risk.

4. Liability
Postal insurance will be taken for delivery of all prints. Therefore if a print is damaged on arrival please contact us and we will ensure that a replacement is delivered.

5. Colours
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to the variation between different computer monitors and limitations of photographic and computer materials. However, we will ensure that the best colour match possible is achieved. An accurate colour match can be achieved if a printed version of the photograph is supplied along with digital image. Then we can match the colours to the photograph, as opposed to the digital image that may be visually different on various computer monitors. All our monitors are fully calibrated using the Colorvision Spyder 3 (http://www.colorvision.com/).

6. Your photos printed
It is important that the correct edging is selected for your canvas. Gallery wrapping of the image around the entire frame so that all sides of the frame are covered with your image is usually the preferred edging choice. However, if you have important details at the far edges of your photograph they may be lost around the sides of the frame - a boarder will ensure that the entire image is facing to the front of the canvas print. Caution should be taken when selecting your images for printing, if in doubt leave the decision to our professional team who will ensure the best final product. We will attempt to contact you if we think the wrong edging selection has been made.

7. Image Resolution
All images are checked before they are printed for quality and image resolution. We will not print any image if we think that the resolution is too low for the print size you have selected. If you are unsure send us your image by email and we will check it free of charge. Let us know what size canvas you want and we will reply the same day to let you know if it is possible. If images are low resolution (below 1024 x 1024 pixels) then loss of quality can occur on large prints (A2 and above). Please ensure images are sent at the highest resolution possible to ensure the highest quality print possible.
